Embracing uncertainty from a place of love is a choice. And right now, we are all being asked to learn how to sit with uncertainty. We do not how long the current situation will last, nor do we know what life will be like once we emerge. This is our cocoon stage. The In-between. After the caterpillar, but before the butterfly. We are being asked to trust the process, to embrace it for exactly what it is. Nothing more, nothing less.
For most of my life, I had to know exactly what was going to happen and when, because if I know what is going to happen, I can be prepared. In recent years, I have allowed a shift to occur. It has been a process to get here, but I am finally in a space where I can accept and embrace that not knowing is okay. In fact, sometimes, it is even better than okay, because you are giving yourself space to be surprised.
One way to find beauty in the unknown is to trust. Trust that whatever happens will be in your greatest and highest good and in the greatest and highest good of everyone. Life isn’t always simple. We each have lessons to learn, and we choose to learn them at our own pace. Some prefer, everything fall apart to learn the lessons quickly. Others choose a slower softer way of learning and growth. We always have choices, even in uncertainty.
How are you handling this time of uncertainty? Are you allowing yourself to embrace it? What are your challenges?
We may all be experiencing this differently, but we are all in this together. With love + light
